Emailing documents to us is not the safest way to send sensitive materials. We utilize Citrix ShareFile™, which allows for secure and encrypted uploads.
When you’re ready to schedule your appointment, simply contact our office. Upon receiving your request, one of our team members will email you with a secure link to upload your tax documents.
Upon receipt, our office will thoroughly review all information pertinent to your tax preparation and provide you with a confirmation of the files uploaded to your file.
For clients wanting greater access to their tax documents and the ability to upload materials on demand, we can provide you with an account through our Client Portal hosted by Citrix ShareFile™.
Simply contact our office, and we will initiate your account. After establishing your account credentials, you can simply drag and drop all of your tax related documents into your personal drawer as they arrive.

Due to the potential for delays associated with mail and other overnight services, we do not accept any original documents for our client’s protection.
We kindly request that our clients maintain their original documents and provide us with copies of all pages. If you are local, please feel free to stop by our Toms River office or use the Dropbox conveniently located at our main office.
For an additional fee, we can scan and upload your documents to your client file, and we will provide you with confirmation that your tax documents were uploaded.
For an additional fee, our team is able to provide expedited priority handling and overnight services to safely send our office copies of your tax documents safely from the comfort of your home.
